Shipping times aren’t the same as processing order time frame. Turn around time is 5-10 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turn Around Time Does Not include weekends, holidays or owner’s vacation days. Turn Around time for ready to ship items is 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.
Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Copperhead Apparel is not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.
